L.I: WALA the importance of All Saints Day

L.I:  WALA The Feast of All Saints

Room Four worked cooperatively with their Thinking Partners as they highlighted the main ideas of what the Feast of All Saints meant.

After completing their main ideas, they summarised their findings.  Here are some of these findings.

  • People who have died are still members of the Church.
  • Those who are not baptised may still be welcomed into Heaven as long as they live the life of God.
  • All brothers, sisters, grandparents, mums, dads are all welcomed in the Feast of All Saints
  • The Feast of All Saints reminds people who belong to the Church on earth that their families who are in Heaven love them very much and still continue to pray for them.
  • You don’t have to be alive to be loved.
  • There are many holy people who are now following Jesus in Heaven.
  • Most people who are Saints have been Priests, Bishops or Religious People.
  • We celebrate All Saints Day because it reminds us ask those who have died before us to pray for us.
